Here is a New Orleans inspired version of “I Want You Back,” arranged for large jazz ensemble with vocal soloist
Instrumentation:
- Vocals
- 8 brass (4 trumpet/flugelhorn, 3 tenor trombone, 1 bass trombone)
- 5 saxophones (2 alto, 2 tenor, 1 baritone)
- Rhythm section (guitar, piano, electric bass, drum set)
Instrument Ranges:
- Trumpet 1 to concert Eb6 (Concert C6 if taking the optional notes down an octave)
- Trombone 1 to Ab4
